How we govern
Oversight & awards
The operations board meets regularly to review finances, approve scholarship awards, and evaluate program partnerships. Scholarship decisions are made by the board based on demonstrated need and available funds — never by any partner program.

Separating operations from fundraising keeps stewardship and revenue-building focused and accountable. The fundraising board grows the resources; the operations board governs how they're used — both serving the same charitable mission.
