COAF Community Fitness.

The foundation's own adult-access program: affordable fitness, training, and athletics for adults in our community — with a focus on opening doors for women and minority participants.

The program

Healthy communities don't age out at 18

Most access programs stop at youth sports — but the cost barriers that keep kids off teams keep adults out of gyms, leagues, and training too. Gym memberships, class fees, and league dues add up fast, and the adults priced out are disproportionately women and members of minority communities.

COAF Community Fitness is our answer: low-cost and scholarship-supported fitness and athletics programming for adults, run at our Aurora facility at 14200 E Alameda Ave. Sessions focus on conditioning, skills, and community — a welcoming on-ramp whether you're returning to fitness or starting for the first time.

Like everything we do, the program exists to deliver our mission: accessibility, diversity, and opportunity. Everyone is welcome.
